Our retreat is designed to provide a nourishing, peaceful and relaxing environment for guests to recharge and rejuvenate whilst learning about sugar, understanding cravings and how diet can negatively impact lifestyle. Most importantly, the retreat is designed to put you back in control of your health.

Every retreat includes a one-to-one health consultation, healthy cooking & baking classes, optional yoga, guided breathing sessions, gentle hikes, massages and an outdoor-cinema under the stars, and are fully inclusive of all meals, snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and excursions.

They also feature open daily discussions where you can learn about the effects of sugar, the benefits of removing it from your diet along with expert help, guidance and tips for you to takeaway.
